In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing dipo4.bet, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dipo4. They apply in conjunction with any product-specific rules (including Sportsbook rules, Casino game rules, and individual promotion terms) published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail with respect to the relevant product.

dipo4 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The effective date shown in the header of this document reflects the most recent revision.

To register and maintain a dipo4 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under applicable law to access and use online betting services of this nature.
• You must hold a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) in your own name, which will be required for KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.
• You must not be self-excluded from dipo4 or subject to any account restriction or suspension that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party when using your dipo4 Account. The Account must be used solely for personal, recreational betting.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be under any legal guardianship or court order that restricts your ability to enter into contracts.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on dipo4. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of whether they are used simultaneously or sequentially, and regardless of the device or payment method used — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name (as it appears on your KTP), a valid Indonesian mobile number, and an active email address. You must update your registration information promptly if any details change.

• One Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. If multiple Accounts are detected sharing the same KTP, mobile number, email address, IP address, or payment method, all associated Accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
• No proxy or VPN registration. Attempting to register or access dipo4 using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions violates these Terms.
• Honest disclosure required. Providing false information during registration, including a fictitious name, date of birth, or KTP number, is a material breach and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balance.

dipo4 is required to verify the identity of all members before enabling withdrawal functionality. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and is a standard compliance procedure applied across the regulated online gaming industry.

KYC verification requires submission of a clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). The name on your KTP must match the name provided during Account registration and must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.

dipo4 reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing on any Account where KYC verification has not been completed or where the verification documents are under review. Deposits and betting activity may continue during a KYC review, but funds will not be released for withdrawal until verification is complete and approved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dipo4 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. dipo4 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via a TOTP authenticator app as an additional layer of security.

• You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• dipo4 staff will never ask for your password, OTP codes, or security answers via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication making such a request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
• dipo4 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dipo4 live chat support immediately. dipo4 will investigate and, if appropriate, suspend the Account to prevent further unauthorised access.

All deposits to your dipo4 Account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dipo4 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Banking section of your Account panel.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 via bank transfer; Rp 20.000 via e-wallet. No maximum deposit limit is applied by dipo4, though individual bank or e-wallet daily transfer limits may apply.
• Own-name deposits only. Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your dipo4 Account (as verified by your KTP). Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Crediting time: Deposits are credited to your dipo4 wallet within one to five minutes of bank or e-wallet confirmation in normal circumstances. Delays caused by bank processing times outside dipo4's control are not the responsibility of dipo4.
• dipo4 does not charge a deposit fee on standard transactions. Some bank or e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer fees — please check with your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members whose KYC verification has been successfully completed. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the payment method on record for the Member's Account.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawal requests above a defined threshold may require additional verification at dipo4's discretion.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to verified bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during WIB business hours. Processing times outside WIB business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may be slightly longer.
• Own-name withdrawals only. The bank account or e-wallet receiving a withdrawal must be registered in the same legal name as the KTP submitted during KYC verification. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited under any circumstances.
• dipo4 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Intermediary bank charges, if any, are the responsibility of the receiving party.
• dipo4 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold, or where the Account's transaction history warrants enhanced due diligence.

dipo4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable promotional credit. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for standard bonuses are between 5x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus credit and associated wagering progress that has not been completed before the stated expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically.
• dipo4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and a wagering requirement is actively in progress, material changes will not be applied retroactively.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets across accounts to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any pattern of betting that dipo4's risk team identifies as inconsistent with genuine recreational play — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and the Account may be permanently suspended.

dipo4 offers a broad range of betting products including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Bundesliga, Serie A, AFF Cup, and more), live casino, RNG slots, sabung ayam (cockfighting) live streams, and virtual sports. Each product vertical is governed by its own set of specific rules, accessible within the respective product lobby.

General rules applicable to all betting products on dipo4 include the following:

• Minimum stake: Rp 200 per bet across most markets. Specific minimums may apply to certain live casino games and promotional markets.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event. For sports markets, the official result at the conclusion of the relevant period of play (as defined in the specific Sportsbook rules) is used for settlement.
• Palpable errors: In the event that a market is offered at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing or data feed error, dipo4 reserves the right to cancel and refund all bets placed at those odds, or to correct the odds prior to settlement. A "palpable error" is one where the published odds are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market price at the time of offer.
• Void bets: Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the defined timeframe, or otherwise cannot reach a valid conclusion, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's wallet. Product-specific voiding rules take precedence.
• Technical errors: Where a bet is placed or a game result is generated as a consequence of a technical malfunction of the Platform, dipo4 reserves the right to void the relevant wagers. This does not affect the outcome of properly executed bets in functioning markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dipo4. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or using more than one dipo4 Account (multi-accounting).
• Using another person's identity, KTP, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an Account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, or collusion in casino games.
• Using software robots, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or harvest information.
• Exploiting technical bugs, system errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain, rather than reporting them to support.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms or pricing discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dipo4 support staff or other members through any communication channel.

dipo4 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. dipo4 provides the following tools to help Members maintain control of their betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account panel. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play, including a real-time display of session P&L.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or permanent exclusion from all dipo4 products. Exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the elected period expires.
• Bet History: A full, filterable bet history is available to all Members at all times from the Account panel.

All content on the dipo4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "dipo4", logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dipo4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting purposes as a registered Member. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of dipo4.

dipo4 collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and Platform operation. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by dipo4's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data to KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention systems operating in connection with the dipo4 Platform.

dipo4 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Member data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dipo4's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total balance held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

dipo4 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors, or force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or bank system failures.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by the Member based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in this clause limits dipo4's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

dipo4 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on the Account. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not materially affect Member rights) may be made without prior notice.

The continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dipo4 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dipo4's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution.

Members acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia under Indonesian law. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have made your own assessment of the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction and that you access the Platform at your own risk. dipo4 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
